we will be releasing the thisyearsmodel demo on cd in the next few weeks. it will be an inexpensive record and should be done very soon. expect it by mid january. the boys(and a girl) recorded it as a demo and were very flattered when we offered to put it out, but they said "it is, after all, just a demo" and they want to make that known and keep it very affordable.

the stryder is in the process of going places. they have been speaking with a pretty great label recently and things are going pretty good i hear. expect huge things from those boys and check them out on tour with our very own now shes gone in february.

glassjaw's "grave of the fire flies" full length should be out sometime in april on roadrunner records. check that out. we know you want it. and d000bin did some photos for them in an upcoming issue of kerrang! how neat is that...

phil from last days of august is now working at ruby tuesday's as a waiter. one of the girls he works with is very hot. check it out when you can.

hometown hero (featuring tom from the rookie lot)is back in the studio recording five songs for a cdep they will be releasing themselves for a brief east coast tour starting january 7th. look for them.

we are doing a split release, split 7" with bands from california by the names of driving by braille and quite satellite. quite satellite also has a split with our friends derbyshire (formely machine gun kelly) on redwood records, pick that up.

and finally, if you want to give me free tattoos in return for a plug for your shop on this page, i like traditional work and am currently putting together a full sleeve. email neil@fadeawayrecords.com

oh, and by the way, in case you noticed and thought it needed an explanation, we have added a couple of new things to the site. we put up a flyer in the beginning for all you locals to keep up on whats coming up. it will usually be any show that we think is worth going to (i.e. any show our friends are playing) and we also added a singles club. its kinda like a personal ads page. mike thought it would help everyone get laid, so i said "yeah, lets do it". thanx again.
