12.8.99 now shes gone is currently on tour and according to the kids is going great. they will be here on long island hangin out, bowling and playing a show out east with piebald, hot rod circuit, and a new found glory on january 21st. email CMRELAX@AOL.COM for more info on that show or check our show dates the stryder recently recorded two songs for compilations both to be put out in early 2000 and to be put to shame by the best comp in the world. the movielife are home from tour finally and are adding a new second guitarist. they will be heading into the studio shortly to record for a split 7' with ex number five and their contribution to our compilation. last days of august will be making one final appearance on our best comp in the world. its a song they recorded with the seven inch they released themselves that never saw the light of day due to their untimely demise. the glassjaw record is said to be coming out in april 2000, so until then just hold your breathe. we have heard it and know you need it!! this years model (x-members sons of abraham, irony of lightfoot, last days of august, and intransit) have started to record a demo at brian lane's (of hometown hero fame) studio. i have heard bits of it and know it will be the next big thing i regretfully inform you that jejune is breaking up and thus will not be appearing on our comp. its till the best in the world it's just one jejune short of a full basket eddie reyes (ex the movielife, inside, and mind over matter) and antonio (formally of scarab) will be playing shows with their new band ( i havent heard a name yet but if you know it, drop us a line) their first show is with this moment on (ex sons of abraham, dayinthelife and blankface) on december 18th at classic cafe in islip. d000bin went to maryland to see our friends at the drive-in who were recently on tour with rage against the machine and got to hang out and talk about thugging with gang starr. we also got to hang out with sara tanaka of rushmore over thanksgiving break for her birthday, shes in a new independent film coming out shortly. i got to hear some of the new vision of disorder shit and it fuckin rules. its way different but still fuckin awesome.... you cant wait for this either finally, joey from derbyshire tells me to expect a four song limited cdep sometime in january and the hunter gatherer split 7 inch soon to follow. happy millenium everyone, lets hope russian missiles dont short circuit and kill us all and we will see you in the new year... -all of us here at fadeaway records
