Vagrant is getting bought out by one of the majors. Saves the Day is why. The major sees STD as a major money maker. They have the look you need for MTV and a singer that is extrememly talented. Face it, the kid can sing. This is why its hard to get the new STD now, because the major will be putting big time promotion into Stay What You Are and will be releasing it again. The other Vagrant bands will then be thrown into limbo, without a contract because the major will probably release everybody but STD. Thats why Hey Mercedes' new one isn't out. It may end up never being released in the states. The major will own the rights in the buyout and they'll probably just shelf it. So get the Japanese import if you want to hear it. It may be your only chance.

Oh yeah this isnt fact just my theory. But why else is the site down and the HM not coming out in the states. I haven't seen any other reasons or opinions.
